Habit Changer utilizes the science of CBT to allow you to experience a new perspective by exposing the habits you've learned through your family or on your own. Habit Changer helps make you aware of what you're doing now and what you might want to do differently. Each of the daily challenges gets you to look at the decisions you make in your life from a new point of view, and provide you with the means to act in a different way. You'll learn new ways how to behave and react and by the end of 42 days, you will have changed.

It tackles areas in your life head-on by challenging your beliefs around food with totally new ideas. Your habits end up changing, and you'll see the difference.

It's easy to forget without a reminder. Habit Changer sends you friendly reminders through email and text messages. When you read the words line by line, your brain takes a mental snapshot. The message lingers in your head, and your body carries it out in action.
