Why I Took The ProgramI chose Habit Changer because I was tired of losing my motivation. I had previously tried MANY other diets, but they always seemed to be restrictive and lacking in something crucial, so while I'd have a good start, the weight loss eventually tapered off and I always put the pounds back on. |

End ResultI heard about Habit Changer, decided to try it, and could not be happier with the results. The daily motivational messages were incredibly helpful to receive, and the "challenges" it posed weren't too difficult, but always left me with a sense of accomplishment. I felt like I was in control of my diet instead of the other way around. Habit Changer taught me that YES - I CAN DO THIS - and I'm so grateful for that. |
